Payment & Refund Policy

You can cancel your Medikamart subscription at any time from Organization and Billing settings within the app. If this is not available on your account proceed by sending the request to our support@medikamart.in email or directly from our in-app Support Chat.

Once you submit a cancellation request you will be able to use Medikamart until the end of your billing cycle. To the extent permitted by the applicable law we do not provide refunds for partial subscription period.

Refund request can only be made and considered if these specific requirements are met:

1. You have yearly Medikamart Subscription plan;

2. You request a cancellation and a refund not later than 7 days after the auto renewal charge.

3. All payment done are non refundable in any circumstances.

4. In special circumstances refunds can only be initiated which will be credited to customers bank account within 5-7 working days whereever applicable according to norms of company.
